Update Membership Toolkit
Complete SBISD Forms
We recommend ALL families complete registration as early as possible. This allows Frostwood to be adequately staffed for the new school year.
- New Families: new families or students to the district MUST fill out enrollment forms through Skyward and upload supporting documents. Once completed, Frostwood's registrar will reach out to complete registration for the new school year.
- Returning Families: SBISD forms must be completed each year! You will need your Skyward Family Access username and password to complete the required district forms.
Update/Register Account with MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT
Your updated account allows you to communicate, volunteer, donate and make purchases with ease. If you already have an account at any school with Membership Toolkit(MTK), log on to your account and update your information. The email you log in with is your Tiger Tales email (Don’t create a duplicate account).
- Go to www.frostwoodpta.com
- Once logged in, confirm your personal/family information is correct
- Check to publish your student’s name, grade, teacher, method of contact
- Update your child’s teacher information

SBISD Volunteer Registration
- Complete SBISD Volunteer Registration. This MUST be completed each new school year in order for you to volunteer at ALL school events (field trips, class parties, library).

Big Form & PTA Membership
Complete BIG FORM (on 8/13) & Join FWE PTA!
- What is Big Form?- Big Form is the online form we open and use at the beginning of the year for yearly PTA membership, family underwriting, school directory, Newcomers Network and more.
- What do donations from Family Underwriting go towards?- Garden Education, Science Labs, Academic Competitions like Spelling Bee & Math Olympiad, monthly salad bar, Field Trips, and much much more!
- When and where does Big Form open?- Big Form (and the below link) goes LIVE on the PTA website on Thursday, August 13th at 10am!
FWE Volunteer Sign-up
- Sign up to Volunteer at Frostwood-- Signups for classroom chairs and other volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
- Sign up opens Thursday, August 13th at 10am and can also be found for all year round events under the Volunteer tab on the PTA Website Navigation bar.
Join the Dads Club
The Frostwood Dads Club plays an essential role in our FWE community by fundraising and maintaining Frostwood's sports fields and green spaces. Through their program we are able to offer sports team practices right here at home at Frostwood Elementary. Dad's Club also hosts several social events throughout the year and participates in PTA schoolwide events. To learn more and become a member visit their website:
District-used vendor account set-up
- Pay $25 technology fee! Required for EVERY student. *note: If your student loses their school issued lanyard and/or school id card you will have to make payment through MySchoolBucks to replace. No cash/check will be accepted on campus.
- Follow the MySchoolBucks link at the bottom of this section then use the below instructions to pay your fee
- Login or create an account → Select School Store then Store Home from the Dashboard → Select FWE Technology Coverage Fee then your students name from the drop down menu → Add to cart then continue to add additional purchases for every FWE student → Cart Checkout → Confirm Order → Place Order
- Set-up a School Cafe account: Set up and prepay your student’s meal account so your student can enjoy a school lunch. You can even opt for automatic payments and/or for low balance alerts: https://www.schoolcafe.com

Class Coffees
A Frostwood Tradition- at the start of each school year we ask that one parent attends their student's grade level coffee. Hosted by a fellow grade level family, Class Coffees give everyone the invaluable opportunity to hear from Principal Hiler as well as other FWE staff members about the school year ahead. PTA Board Members also attend to provide information on special events and how to get involved!
No RSVP necessary-- we hope to see you there!
